I arrived late to Hotel Rosa del Viento and was very hungry. Luckily, their restaurant was open. It was charming and had big open windows that overlooked the beach. You felt the sea breeze coming in and heard the waves crashing.

Rosa del Viento is one of the few Italian restaurants in Tulum. They serve an array of food from fish tacos to pasta and infuses them with local Mexican ingredients.
