If you're looking for a hip and sexy spot in Tulum, Gitano should be on your list. Their neon sign demands your attention and ooozes intrigue. Once you enter, you feel like you've been transported to the jungle. You can sip tasty Mezcal cocktails and eat some great food using local and traditional ingredients. I went on a weeknight so I wasn't able to experience the dancing under the disco ball that they're known for but I could only imagine.
